In quarterfinal of world footvolley championships, Iran team lost to Malaysia and failed to qualify to semi final of world championships
Iran defeated all rivals in the first round and advanced to quarterfinal as the first team of group 2 but had a narrow deficit against Malaysia. Malaysia won the first round 18-12 but Iran tied in second round by 19-17 win. In third round Iran played well but Malaysia won the round 15-13 and qualified to semifinal |
